We are thrilled to celebrate Cynthya, who was recognized as one of LEARN Student Support Services' Paraeducators of the Year - and went on to be named LEARN's agency-wide Paraeducator of the Year 🎉 A colleague shared this of Cynthya; "she is someone who consistently puts students first". She isn't afraid to step into challenging situations, supports her colleagues, adapts when things don't go as planned, and provides stability when it's needed most. "She doesn't simply ask 'what is my job?' She asks 'what do our students need and how can I help?'" Cynthya's impact is a reminder that some of the most meaningful progress begins with something simple and powerful: trust, consistency, and believing in student's potential 💙 Congratulations Cynthya!
